You may feel as though your day to day routine is endless and unforgivably tedious for the mind.
The body may have tired all too soon and you're feeling older than you possibly should.
I know that when I feel particularly burdened by my chores, work or pressured by friends and peers,
the one thing that often lightens the load is the first I forget to ask for.
Asking for support or a helping hand, being able to reach out for guidance or just find an ear to listen,
is often harder than it sounds. We often presume people should just know that we are in need, or perhaps pull the mater card and stay put brewing under our skin.
The very fact of the matter is we only take from our lives, weeks, days or moments exactly what we have put out there to start with. An endless cycle of giving to taking and receiving to offering.
Ask yourself..have you been supportive to someone you love this week? Have been gracious to a stranger or offered your hand in donation to a cause close to your heart, important to this world or simply just a neighbour in need?
By knowing that you have been there for them shall open your heart and allow the burdens of your own day be lightened in the fact that you were able to be apart of the network, the fabric of our society. The very thing that you yourself needed.
Trust that you are surrounded by people that will support you, environments that you helped to make strong and built bridges to others in the hope that they would cross them...knowing they could trust you.
Ask yourself how you would like to be a bridge and for who or what?
Open your heart and expand the worlds energy.
