Hello B Yogis.. Now that the season of celebration is with us, we need to be careful not to extend ourselves past our limit. Remember to give of ourselves only what we can afford - be it financially or commitment wise. Whatever Christmas means to you, I believe there should always be consideration of those who are less fortunate than ourselves.

I hope everyone who cant make next week has a beautiful break and I look forward to welcoming the new year in with you all on the 2nd of January.
