B~Yoga: Completing my training with 'My Health Yoga' in 2009 I have been teaching Hatha/Vinyasa ever since. Continually taking part in workshops and intensive training events with likes of Duncan Peak, Nikki Knoff, Twee & Katy Appleton Workshops on Anusara, Jivamukta & Ashtanger Yoga. Always keen for events like Yoga aid 2010, SunnyCoast yoga day Brisbane Yogafest, Yoga aid 2011 all help me to embrace the magnetic qualities of yoga and stay in tune with my family and gorgeous yoga community. I hope to share the grace, gratitude, goodwill and generosity that yoga provides me, with everyone I meet, teach and know.
