Yin Health
Wednesday afternoons now have a Hatha feel about them. I am taking a class for Yin Health http://www.yinhealth.com.au/

So if you need to slow down and tap back into the basics or extend on the deeper side of classic yoga with a Lisette twist, please come along and join me.
Its an intimate little warm space that is fully stocked with bolsters chairs straps and blankets.
When Summer hits us again there is air con if we need it. :)
