September Springs.

Hello Yoga Bods
First day of Spring: the delightful cool breezes sweeping across sun kissed skin. Trees beginning to bud & lavender in my garden hosting a soft purple hue like a wash of Mohawks in the wind.

Winter washes a lot of people out. That desire to be still & fill up on warm treats - mesmerising home fires or long Sunday sleep ins. Most of us are ready to go go go by the time September swings in, but don't feel bad if you're not keen to give up the restful recluse of the wintery months. In practice we begin to shift the sluggish nature that lingers. The most time honoured practice knows to breath into your entire shape in its complete uniqueness, that being, bursting with Spring bounces like lambs in the paddock or bears in the caves of hibernation. Your practice directly reflects who you are and what you need. Mentally, physically and intuitively ..The openness of your ability to NOTICE the agenda behind the how's & why's is paramount to being completely confidant with yourself & accepting of your presence each & every time you step on the mat!

Our Sunday sessions have been awesome to host.
The stillness & patience inside each & every body has been inspiring.
***With each absorption ~~
comes freedom***

I would dearly love to host more evening classes - as I know that is the most available time slot - so more growth can be accessed. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to my devoted students. Without you I would not have a space to hold.

If there are any of you wanting private sessions of 3 or more in your own lounge room or cool space - please don't hesitate to arrange - I am willing to offer the same prices $10 per body :) - on Mon Tues or Wed evenings.
For personal comfort, inner growth or wanting to share the magic of yoga with your tribe.

I am also looking at starting kids yoga parties for Summer.. Another idea I'm open to hearing your needs on. Our children are the future growers of great seeds deeds and loving needs. I'm awfully passionate about keeping them true to the deep source of love within them.
So if you have kiddies in your life, open yoga to them. 💚

So until I see you on the mat or out in our community
STAY IN BETTER TOUCH WITH PEOPLE WHO MATTER TO YOU.
In human relationships distance is not measured in miles, but in affection.  Two people can be right next to each other, yet miles apart. So don't ignore someone you care about, because lack of concern hurts more than angry words. Stay in touch with those who matter to you. Not because it's convenient, but because they're worth the extra effort.  Remember, you don't need a certain number of friends, just a number of friends you can be certain of. Paying attention to these people is a priority.
