November No No

Hello Yogi Minds,
Welcome to the monthly update.
Where I shall reveal what matters, unleash a competition & take a wee holiday.

So this month certainly jumped on my back while I was sunburnt. You know when something is so obvious yet seems to cry out for recognition? Just waiting for the class clown to slap that burn like an overloaded hamburger.

I had the end of year all planned out & suitably lined up like cute baby ducks. But just like that I get the crashing sensation of less than 8 weeks until 2015's journal is in the bookshelf.

So of course this means a wee holiday is on its way, yet luck be on your side if you're not going away for the festive season. I am taking a break THIS weekend so I can offer sessions over your holiday :)
*no Sat or Sun in the hall ok*
I'll be in Brisbane celebrating a family wedding.

Other nice things to care about are the beautiful people on social media whom have contributed to my FaceBook page likes. There is a chance to win a Manduka Eco Lite yoga mat. So jump over there & get involved. Write a quirky review, share my page & come along to AS MANY sessions as you can in 3 weeks & I'll choose the winner in at my

Even if you've seen the film - there is plenty to keep you revealing.

Also if you're a girl keen for a Chics at the Flicks night out be quick to grab your tickets for this s weekend & be sure to buy a raffle ticket. I've donated 8 free yoga sessions for support of the event.
So until I see you on a mat or meet you in the community try to

KEEP YOUR PROMISES AND TELL THE TRUTH.
If you say you're going to do something, DO IT!  If you say you're going to be somewhere, BE THERE!  If you say you feel something, MEAN IT!  If you can't, won't, and don't, then DON'T LIE.  It's always better to tell people the truth up front.  Don't play games with people's heads and hearts.  Don't tell half-truths and expect people to trust you when the full truth comes out; half-truths are no better than lies.  Remember, love and friendship don't hurt.  Lying, cheating and screwing with people's feelings and emotions hurts.  Never mess with someone's feelings just because you're unsure of yours.  Always be open and honest.

Peace & Shapes
