Doing December

Hello Yogi Mind,

Well that was a hot & fast little November wasn't it? Hope everything is smoothly heading into December for you.

I had the pleasure of meeting a wider community this month with my first event here in Medowie.
Reveal What Matters was a cumulative creation that sprung from one little question I asked on a Yoga Teachers support group on FaceBook.
While thinking about hosting an event for kids, I needed a caterer to feed us up with good things. One thing led to another & before I knew it, the new idea rolled out & we were on! Having the utmost trust in following my heart/gut instinct with things of late has really paid off.. Particularly things with other people. It was a really informative & pleasantly busy night with just the right amount of flow. So be sure to set aside some time to find your passion & how to get it 'out' there.
Nutrition & health are passions of mine so sharing abundant knowledge & gaining insightful personal power with events like that really felt good.
Documentary films are a fun & informative way to delve into things we're not sure about. If you want your favourite doco to feature some time, let me know.
Thank you to the familiar faces that supported, shared their stories & embraced all that was on offer. Thanks so dearly to the new faces I met & heard from.  Each of us that presented our passions to you, loved connecting & helping all of you.
Anyone needing to connect with one of fabulous ladies can hit up the links on the event still or I can pass on information.
Next year has a couple of exciting events in the works already. Stay tuned.

A new venture starting up this month is B~Girls. A class for pre-Teens & Teens (10-16yo)
will start on Dec 20 at 5:15pm. It's an hour session.
{Payments will be drop in $10
or $85 for 10 wk block
or families with 2 or more daughters a 10% off the $85}

This one's close to my heart, not only because I have a daughter moving into her teens, but because I remember the challenges of this time in my life.
The insecurities, awkwardness, stresses & anxiety over things that could have been fairly smooth sailing & quite sensational had I known myself a little more intimately, had I been able to communicate my confusion.
I will be offering a safe place for these girls to explore their unique offering to the world. Some time to understand their fast paced days, relief for the loaded up nights & some tools to handle the times ahead (hormones, relationships & study changes) by offering the science of yoga in a simple & joyous way.
If you know families with girls, direct them to my page for more info on this session.

Williamtown Hall has been secured for next year on Wednesdays & Thursdays. 4 new sessions on offer over lunch on both days. Stay tuned for that to unfold. (Finally)
But still no evening sessions. I know you're all keen for some, but the venue hasn't shown up yet.

My Yoga Undone venture at East Maitland on Thursday nights will be moving to Tuesday nights next year.  So if you know yogis on that side of the highway spread the news for me, or better still, bring your shiny souls there to unroll a mat with me.

Kombucha interest is growing, especially after the event, so I've decided to open the opportunity to buy my home brew to those keen for some probiotic goodness. I'll have samples each weekend in December for you to have after the session. So try some & be sure to ask about the ways you can buy or brew it yourself.

Over the holidays I will offering sessions right through. So if your weekends need a yoga tweak then come on down & top up amongst the crazy times ahead.   For those going away & not able to get to a session or studio, means you'll need a sturdy home practice to keep you feeling the yoga buzz ... Sunday Yin sessions are really great way to top up your tool box of 'go to' shapes. Because we hold shapes  for longer your bodies memory (new pathways opened) will increase. Before you head off if love to help you find more patience within yourself.

So until I next see you on the mat or in the community stay sane & spread love ... Fun crazy love

Namaste Peace & Shapes
