Februarys' Focus


WITHIN!
This February, 
Look within - feel within - be within - don't ignore what's within - how much have you within - what's within - AlwAys Within. 

Hello Yogi Mind, welcome to the monthly update. 
So school is well & truly back and the year is into gear. I personally feel like the month ahead will be a nice dip into the choices I had made last month. Like online shopping that gets held up at customs. Finally it arrives and you're stoked that your taste hadn't changed ... You know it wasn't pressured or spur of the moment, it fits because it was really needed or deeply searched for. No drunken resolves at the strike of midnight to regret. The unfolding of things you've promised yourself seem perfectly do-able. For what it's worth, my online purchase was organic, sweet play make-up for my daughter. I visioned us spending more time together to create confident loving memories. Little did I know my partner would be setting off for 6 months leaving me to set a stronger sense of family among us. My daughter is one of those sensitive girls that is easily swept up into anxiety & heavy hearted angst. Having her first love leave (again) will be toughest most on her. Our girlie time will be splendidly more so now, with lipstick kisses for loving scrawled letters to our Guardian across the sea. 

I hope that you too are finding small victories in the intensions & visions you have set. Resolve to dig less & scan the everyday happenings a lil more. It really is right there before your eyes.

TIMETABLE NEWS
Saturday morning sessions are on hold from Feb 13 until early next Summer. This hurts to do, with the little I can offer my #handfulofdevoted to take one of those sessions away, is like losing the top off your Orio cookie! Or the ice-cream from your cone. Literally the Yang from my Yin. But with change so close (solo parenting here I come) the need to put family first is paramount. 
My deepest apologies to my new crew. Later in the year it will be back on the menu. Our space is safe. 
Final session is TOMORROW MORNING - 
 please come along for a slow flow, a discovery session that will ground you while teaching you to fly. Breath slowly as you discover your lush edge & surrender to the flow as we slip into some vinyasa's for an open heart. 
Followed by tea

& Kombucha  
(The Mighty Buch) cherry flavour. 

So my beloved B~Girls is searching for an after school  venue & time slot ... Please shoot me through some ideas or leads ;)

*** Trauma sensitive Yoga for people at the frontline of the community. Dissolving stress, trauma & the ongoing build up mental confusion through spacial body movement and mind stillness.
$Free$ to ALL guardians of the frontline, Veterans, Emergency Workers, FireFighters, Nurses, Policemen & Women 
$$by donation$$ for family & supporters of our guardians ***
